Member categories

Active:
Person living with or having experienced a mental health problem and residing in the territory served (voting member)
Sympathizer:
Is not a person who lives or has lived, but who believes in our mission, lives in the territory we serve and wishes to get involved and contribute to the advancement of our cause (voting member)
Partner:
People who wish to support our cause but who do not live in the area we serve, or community partner organizations (non-voting members)

Membership application form

I fully support the mission and values of Rights and Recourses Mental Health GÎM and wish to become a member of this organization. I affirm that I am not concerned by the exclusion criteria stipulated in article 2.5 of the organization's general by-laws and that I am completing this application in good faith.

*For an association/organization, one person must have been duly appointed to act as representative and must provide, in addition to the completed membership form, a resolution from the Board of Directors demonstrating their collective intention to become a member of our organization.

All new membership applications must be received and approved by the organization's Board of Directors at a regular Board meeting. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive your lifetime membership card and the organization's by-laws by mail.
