Who we are

For 30 years, our organization has been dedicated to promoting, protecting and defending the rights of people living with or having experienced a mental health problem.

In addition to individual assistance services, we offer promotional activities and information workshops on rights and related remedies.

We are also involved in our community and actively participate in the deployment of the collective voice with the ultimate aim of contributing to the improvement of mental health services.

Support the mission

Rights & Recourses is mainly funded by the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux, through the Programme de soutien aux organismes communautaires (PSOC). But the sums granted are far from sufficient. That's why every contribution is like a breath of fresh air to help us fulfill our mission.
Thank you for believing in us.
