Droits et Recours Santé Mentale Gaspésie-Les-Îles is pleased to offer increased accessibility to its documentation and services for the English-speaking community.

To ensure that more people can understand and receive assistance in asserting their rights, at Droits et RecoursSanté Mentale Gaspésie-Les-Îles, we are pleased to announce increased accessibility of our documentation and services for the English-speaking community.

Now available in English here on our website under the Documentation Center tab, ourbrochures and inserts presenting our organization and its services are also distributed in both languages throughout the country.

The same applies to our individual assistance services, asMarilou Ruelland, our reception manager, is able to provide afully bilingual first point of contact within our organization. She will be able to open a file and provide information and referrals to unilingual English speakers who wish to take steps to defend their rights.

Then, thanks to the invaluable collaboration of the CASA organization and its Patient Navigator, James Robson, it will now be possible to offer individual support and assistance to those who need it.

We are also proud to announce that our educational game "À la santé de vos droits" (To Your Health Rights) is now available in English. We owe this wonderful achievement to the CASA team, who translated it. This fun tool helps people better understand their rights in health and social services, using an accessible and participatory approach.

The workshop will also be presented for the first time in a single-language English version at CASA in New Carlisle on March 26.
