For the 10th year, mental health advocacy and vigilance groups are marking "No to Control Measures Day." The groups are calling for the urgent abolition of seclusion, restraint and the use of chemical substances. It also mentions the appeal to all those who have undergone forced hospitalization for more than 72 hours without seeing a judge, who could receive up to $1,000 in compensation for each day of illegal custody.
